ABOUT THE PROJECT
Designing a Clear, Accessible Beauty Brand
FF Beauty was developed as an outlet eCommerce brand for FF Group’s extensive beauty portfolio, offering premium products at accessible price points. The challenge was to create a distinct, credible brand that felt contemporary, trustworthy, and visually coherent — while operating within a multi-brand retail environment.
I designed the FF Beauty brand from the ground up, defining its visual identity, logo system, iconography, and overall design language, alongside a comprehensive style guide for digital use.

PROJECT GOALS
The goal was to establish a clean, scalable identity that could support a wide range of beauty brands without losing clarity or consistency. The design system needed to feel modern and neutral, allowing products to stand out while maintaining a strong, recognisable brand presence across the eCommerce platform.
Emphasis was placed on usability, hierarchy, and visual efficiency — ensuring a smooth shopping experience and a brand that could grow effortlessly with the platform.

CONCLUSION
FF Beauty resulted in a structured, flexible brand system designed specifically for digital retail. By combining clear visual rules with a restrained aesthetic, the platform supports high-volume product presentation while remaining easy to navigate and visually consistent.
The project demonstrates how thoughtful brand design and UI direction can simplify complexity and enhance performance in a competitive eCommerce environment.
