Designing a Unified Loyalty Experience for Beauty Customers
Beauty Club was conceived as a mobile-first loyalty rewards platform designed to bring together the entire beauty customer base of FF Group under one unified digital experience. The goal was to strengthen customer retention by offering a seamless, intuitive app that connects users with rewards, offers, and personalized beauty experiences across the group’s beauty brands.
I designed the brand identity and led the UX/UI design of the mobile app, shaping a clear visual language and interaction system that balances accessibility, consistency, and engagement. The result was a scalable loyalty platform that supports long-term customer relationships while reinforcing FF Group’s presence in the beauty and cosmetics ecosystem.
