lele.design is the personal creative practice of Leonidas Tsitopoulos — a senior brand and digital creative with more than two decades of experience across branding, editorial, digital design, UX/UI, content, and marketing strategy.
Rather than separating strategy from design, or concept from execution, my work connects them into one coherent process.
Each project is approached as a complete system — where idea, structure, aesthetics, and performance support one another from the first concept to the final user experience.

My Journey
My professional path began in editorial design and visual storytelling, evolving into brand direction, digital product design, and strategic communication.
Over time, this journey expanded across industries including luxury retail, beauty, healthcare, hospitality, and publishing, allowing me to understand how design operates not only as image, but as experience, trust, and growth.
From leading digital art direction for international fashion brands to shaping the complete brand and customer ecosystem of medical and eCommerce platforms, each step reinforced the same belief:
strong creative work emerges when thinking, craft, and empathy move together.
Today, lele.design brings this accumulated experience into a focused, independent practice dedicated to thoughtful collaboration and carefully executed outcomes.
My Philosophy

At the heart of my approach lies the belief that design should first and foremost bring clarity. In a landscape often dominated by speed, excess, and short-lived trends, I focus on creating work that feels grounded, purposeful, and able to endure. Every project begins with careful listening and a genuine effort to understand the people, context, and ambitions behind it. From there, strategy, visual language, and digital structure evolve together rather than separately, forming a coherent whole where each decision supports meaning instead of distraction.
Design, in this sense, is not decoration. It is a way of organizing information, shaping experience, and building trust over time. Whether expressed through a brand identity, a digital platform, or a piece of editorial communication, the goal remains the same: to create systems that feel intuitive, calm, and quietly confident, allowing users to engage without friction and organizations to grow with consistency.
